Fraudulent

I had to pay additional postage for a fraudulent shipping label. When I opened the package it has packages with Chinese writing which I cannot read. I cannot upload the photos 😫

I purchased a product for my plants called Limetow. What I received in the mail was a bottle resembling the same color, but covered in Chinese letters. It looked nothing like the product I purchased. I contacted them with the email on their website, and they wanted to see a photo. After sending the photo they told me that it was the correct product. I cannot use a product that I can't read anything on and that looks nothing like what I purchased online. The website states 90 day return policy, and 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but they won't give me my money back for this fake product. They also charged me more than what they said. My order summary said "$36.30" but they charged me $44.91!
