I purchased an item it cost me 137cad since November 2024. I can’t track the package and today they said its been delivered when its the second time i ask for a refund and clearly and the link they send me since i purchased my item its didn't even say its been delivered. There’s not proof, not a signature, not even a picture. I didn’t receive a email to confirm a delivery or nothing

Purchased an Essentials hoodie from ehoodieca.com Dec 4th, 2024. Payment was taken of $82.22 and still have not received item. Said “company” is saying item was sent and will not reimburse payment although I’ve yet to receive it over a month later.
