Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
When initially shipped it said it was tracking from Italy. Then the package stopped giving shipping updates. When I reached out to customer service the reported they had also lost track of it and were sending another mug with a new tracking number. This was showing tracking from China. Package arrived quickly. Mug was small, maybe 8oz. Was supposed to be ‘jumbo’ and was supposed to have ‘shut your whore mouth’ stamped on the inside-bottom with a middle finger on the underside of the mug. The word ‘shut’ was painted on the inside-bottom only, no middle finger either.
When I contacted them to complain they offered me $4 compensation or I could return it to them with a phony address in China and I would pay for s&h. I paid over ~$26 for this mug.
They also initially charged me full price when it was supposed to be on sale. They did refund me their mistake
