There is an advertisement on Facebook for a windchime from a company called Efficiencyi which I placed an order for. The advertisement states the product is "Made in the USA". The order was placed on April 25th 2025. The total amount was supposed to be $32.84. It is now May 19th and I still do not have the item and my account was charged $42.69. The supposed tracking shows it being shipped from Finland. Why would it be shipped from Finland if made in the US? My bank statement shows the payment going to a very Asian sounding company. I have contacted them several times. They tell me I will be credited the amount overcharged but I still have not seen the credit. According to the 'tracking', the item is still 'at US customs'. I can provide more information if needed, such as an order #. This appears to be a scam and I'm not sure why Facebook allows it. Can you please help me recover my money?
