Charges from *Effecto were declined by my bank (debit card) and by my credit card company. The charges were attempted within minutes of each other. I replaced my debit card and updated my PayPal account with the new card. Charges from Effecto were attempted again almost immediately. I checked PayPal and had no subscriptions with Effecto under the PayPal account. I removed all cards from PayPal and deactivated my PayPal account, too. I never subscribed to Effecto, so there is no account for me to access to cancel any subscriptions with them.
