I started working for this company with many red flags but at the time I needed something. At my interview they asked basic information and why I needed a job, asked about skills and talked about a bunch of unnecessary topics not ABOUT the actual JOB itself. After the interview he assured he would get back to me. That same day they asked me to come in and work, I did not sign any paperwork or onboarding papers, nothing. I show up for my first shift and they work me 12 hours.. no training no heads up nothing, then a couple days later asked for my social.. i then worked everyday after that. My first paycheck only had a few days pay but then going 2 weeks later get paid for barley 40 hours..my check was over 300 short.. they paid us with a regular check. pretty much under the table then told me it was my taxes being taken out and it was 300 exactly.. these people are a fairly new company actually an old company with a new name doing 2x shady mess then they were last time.. I am effectively looking into an attorney.
