The package was delivered to the wrong address due to their error. After two weeks of back-and-forth messages, I provided the correct address with photos — but still no delivery.
Instead of a proper refund, they offered me only $10 and a store voucher, which is unacceptable since I never received the item.
Their customer service is slow and unhelpful. I strongly do not recommend shopping with them.
Be careful — if something goes wrong, you may never get your money or your item.
