Ordered castor oil and a wrap. They auto signed me up for a subscription which I didn't want. I have tried to cancel this 8 or 9 times at this point and their cancellation link goes no where. They also advertise that they offer 90 day money back guarantee and that link goes no where also. There is absolutely no info on the site about returns. With all the email I have asked them to cancel and advise me on the money back return. They keep avoiding to address this....just send me the link to try the cancellation link again and again. They haven't mentioned anything about the money back guarantee. As many times as I have hit the cancellation link, it just pulls up another menu trying to get me to just pause or extend the shipments but nothing to confirm the cancellation. The account still shows an active subscription. I guess they want to bill me for the rest of my life.
