I placed an order that I never received. They never followed up with me. After reaching out for the 3rd time, I got a reply from their rep by the name of "Suzie" who could be a robot for all I know. She sent an email saying she would look into the delay with my art, and NEVER bother getting back to me on the status. Finally after 3months and not hearing back, I decided to cancel my order. I'm still waiting on my refund. I have every reason to believe that this is a Scam by them taking money from people and not providing the merchandise.
