Used EasyFix for my whirlpool refrigerator that was not cooling. Found on the internet and called. They came out right away. The vehicle they came in was a private vehicle with no company markings. There were two men that came out and and went to the back of the refrig and said that there two boards that were out. The compressor was fine. He would have to order both boards and would be $600.00. We paid the trip charge of 75.00 plus tax by check. They would not take a credit card. We did not want to order the parts. Both men spoke the whole time not in English. I think they were from India. The one man did speak to us in English. Got a second opinion because the refrig was 3 years old and was working fine before I cleaned it out and there was nothing wrong with our refrig. The “cooling off” on the panel had to be pushed in three times to restart the refrig. Didn’t need two boards/$600.00. We almost purchased another refrig. It has been working fine since the second repair shop came out. Felt like we were scam by EasyFix and want to make a complaint to inform the public that they do not know what they are doing.
