My family hired his company for roundtrip service to JFK Airport.
I paid $300 via Venmo, and was later pressured to pay an additional $300 in cash.
On our return, his driver did not show up and told us to “take a taxi or Uber.” We were left stranded at JFK after a long flight and had to pay $470 for a last-minute rental car.
I gave Mitch four days to make this right, and while he admitted he owed me money, he never refunded me. Venmo ultimately ruled in my favor and refunded the $300.
