Hello I’m reaching out because I’ve been trying to get my money from this business for over a month now. They have continuously asked for more and more money. I was told the other day this: Come to think of it mam We will just help you contact the usps and you won’t pay for that? We still will be using our agents within and you’re still not paying for that?… then not 2 mins later I was told that I needed to make the payment and pretty much told they will continue to hold my money until I make this payment. They stated I didn’t have to then stated how I was using their words against them and they won’t respond back to emails, messages through customer service, or texts. They also said multiple times how I was on my last payment and I wouldn’t have to pay anymore then was told that they said that only so I wouldn’t complain about making payments. They are holding over $47,000 from me. I have screenshots of our entire conversation form the past month and will attach as many as I can. They have recently reached back out to have me pay them $250 to withdraw to another crypto address. They have illegally taken the money out of coinbase (without my permission). I have hundreds of screenshots of our convos and everything I have done
