I ordered hiking boots from them on June 24th 2026. On July 21st 2026 I emailed them to verify the order's delivery. They emailed back with an attachment with USPS dates that it was delivered on July 13th on the front porch. No address was associated with the attachment. I responded that the item was never delivered. They emailed me to contact USPS for verification. I contacted them and the tracking number did not register with their system and they had no record of the item. USPS directed me to contact the third party tracking company, 17TRACK,. used. I contacted 17TRACK and they could not confirm the item in their system and couldn't confirm the tracking number and to contact the original supplier. So essentially everyone pointed their finger at someone else. Please ban this company from scamming other people.
