I haven’t been anywhere near a toll road in the last 15 months. Last year I was in Florida and received basically the same message. My friend drove my vehicle some while I stayed back at the hotel, but swore they didn’t go thru any toll roads. I went ahead and paid the notice last year, thinking maybe it was legit. Apparently not!
Hoping by reporting this it will help someone else. To my knowledge, my identity nor credit card was stolen last year, but I’m on super alert now.
