Type of a scam Employment

I found Dynamic Connections on Indeed while looking for a job. They emailed me and the recruiting process got underway immediately. I went through the first round of interviews without really knowing much about the company. Could not even find an address for the company registered on Google. I pretty quickly figured out that the purpose of this company is not that of a marketing agency (as was advertised on Indeed), but was rather a multi-level marketing company that is seriously toeing the line of a pyramid scheme. I found another domain name that was also registered to CEO, Brandon Long, called inclinemanagementinc.com, which has since been wiped off the face of the Earth because that too was flagged as a scam. I was interviewing with people who had been at the company for years, despite Dynamic Connections Inc. only having existed since May of 2020 according to their FaceBook page and their domain name registration. Real shame, for a second I thought I had a shot at a decent job.

Type of a scam Employment

I found out about this company through a job listing and applied to said listing as it seemed like a good fit based on my work experience. I was contacted by the company and we set up an interview. I was suspicious right away after looking at this companies website, but I figured I’d take the interview out of curiosity. The interview was a group video call that was a sales pitch, not an interview, which broke down how this company actually works, and through learning more I’m confident this is a multi-level marketing scam that is taking advantage of people who are out of work and desperate during a global pandemic. This is completely unethical and these type of companies shouldn’t be allowed to lie and abuse the current difficult situation many are in.
