Durila doubled my order and won't refund properly

My order was doubled for me from 2 to 4 pillows on your website, durila.com. Does anyone try 4 pillows? No way to modify an order before placing on your website it is a dishonest business practice; especially when I was told on the phone 2 pillows will be removed after telling "the warehouse" and $60 will refund back to me! I lost $60. I will not attempt to mail back the extra 2 pillows hoping for a refund; nor do I want to try making additional orders from Durila, but I will start warning others about your website and "team", and also contact the BBB. All I receive are form letters from "Marjorie B." sent from [email protected] with an apology and invitations to order other Durila products With regrets* ***
