Don’t hire these guys they’re scam
Used cold water to clean carpets , did not deodorize did not clean properly.
He cleaned three room rooms stairs in the hallway in a matter of 45 minutes
Did not use deodorizer did not use warm water
Quoted $99 and Charged $399 - Forced to Pay!

I called the Boise number my husband had called to arrange for a worker to come out to fix the dryer venting on May 15, 2024, then several times after but received no answer (Marc at 503-5436). I then called the New York number & spoke to Hassim, manager of the company, on May 17, May 21, & May 22, 2024. I explained the problem that his workers had left the dryer vent only half finished. I told him it was a very simple job, I just wanted it finished. Each time we talked, Hassim assured me he would make it right. I tried to give him the name & number of his Boise worker (Marc) but he was not interested in the Boise contact info. & just told me it would be taken care of by the next evening. After these phone calls & no workers returning to fix the problem, my husband canceled the credit card payment. The credit card company reached out to Envision Services & was told by Envision that I was lying & only wanted to save money by canceling the payment. It was also said I was very happy with the work when the workers finished (I was not even home when they finished although my husband was).
At this point we do not have confidence in the house air duct cleaning having been done correctly either, so we must now hire a different company to:
1. Fix the dryer vent issue (cost of $100)
2. Inspect the house dryer vents to find out if they had been cleaned correctly. (cost of $200)
left, although my husband was home).
