I have ordered a item online from Dsna Co Ltd using PayPal but have not received any item or messages from them . How do l get my money back?

I paid almost $60 for two book/full novel gift sets. I received a sheet of stickers. The company did not dispute doing this but would only offer $9 in a refund. PayPal denied my claim because tracking showed delivered regardless that it was nothing remotely close to value of what was ordered and paid for
