I purchased a backpack for my daughter to return to school and I never received my item. I placed the order on July 31. They pulled money from my account August 2 and have not received my item. I emailed their customer support multiple times and they kept just giving me the runaround and saying that it’s under investigation and they don’t know why I didn’t receive my item and I have demanded a refund per the 30 day federal law because I did not receive my item. I still have not received my refund.
