I initially found the video on Instagram for the cosmetic product. The video included a link to the product page. I only purchased two sticks of lipgloss for $24.97. However, my receipt shows a Prime Club membership which I never, ever signed up for. After reading other customers reviews, they stated the company charges a monthly reoccurring $29 fee for this membership! I never signed up for a membership. This is false advertisement and I want to ensure my card is never, ever charged for this membership I never signed up for. Their site is very limited, plus the e-mail address on the site appears to be incorrect because it bounces as undeliverable (I’m assuming it’s missing the ‘m’ on .com). I have requested a refund immediately following my purchase and have not heard back. The phone number is Illinois area code, but when I called it, it does not have the company’s name. This company does not seem legitimate and should not be able to unlawfully retain a person’s credit card info, charging a reoccurring fee for a membership they never signed up for. I never authorized or agreed to a membership service of any kind. I simply was purchasing lipgloss. Please, please look into this company.
