I have been charged over $100. Last month on one of my capital one accounts. I was paying bills and noticed the charge dri major was the payee what do I do?

I never asked for this. I called the company and gave them both my emails n they said it was neither one. I asked those are the only two. They told me send a copy of the bank statement I cant till next month. I tryed photo shot but its private. Can't take a pic.
I wasnt even home nor used my phone on vacation.
69.99 was my change. They can't help cause I dont have the email correct. But they have my account. My names not even correct..

I was contacted by Smartdata by phone, whose rep had me go thru a series of online questions to a point when a second person, allegedly Jon Mahoney, accessed my computer remotely identified several webroot products for sale. When I said that I could not afford any of the options this date (Sept. 7, 2019), my phone line went dead. On screen, an link to Major AV antivirus popped up saying it was available for free. When I clicked on the free icon, it purportedly identified security problems with my computer, but that I would have to wait 24 hours for a license key to use the free product or I could click on a premium service discounted from $99.99 by $40 to $59.99. I chose to purchase and gave my MasterCard card #. It said my was declined (which I know was false because I had confirmed by my MasterCard phone app that I had over $400 available the credit card) without any further detailed explanation. I double checked the card information that I had entered and discovered a one digit error on the security code that I entered. I repeated the purchase procedure with the credit card being careful to enter the card information correctly. And again the system said that the card would not run. When I tried to call the phone number that SmartData had called me from, it said that the extension was not available. I repeated the call, same response. I checked my credit card account and had been charged $59.99 twice with the company listed for each illegal charge being DRI*MajorAV software .
