I ordered three dresses through Dreshe.com February 20, 2023. The dresses were polyester and lace in beige, green and black. The picture attached is what I received on March 11, 2023. Cheap velveteen dresses, not even in all the right colors. I contacted their customer service at [email protected] and asked for a return label (the website advertises free returns within 30 days). They said the shipping to China would be too expensive and that I could keep the order I received and they would refund 10%. The original incorrect package was shipped from New York. More communication this moved to a 20% refund. I filed a dispute with PayPal and now have escalated it to them to get my full refund. They are definitely a get-rich-quick scheme where they send crap instead of the purchased item and then refuse to refund the full amount paid. I'm also filing complaints with the FTC and FCC for illegal trade tactics and the use of the internet to employ these illegal tactics. I learned my lesson the hard way.... please do not shop with Dreshe.com! Thank you!
