Type of a scam Travel/Vacations

Rec'd call from (503) 647-9350 which codes to a very small town nearby in Oregon. 'George', with heavy accent I didn't recognize said he was with 'Dream Suites International' &, as a way of advertising, promoting 'free' cruises inclusive of food & alcoholic drinks with never any blackout dates. 'George', after asking me many 'yes' answerable questions, stated all I had to do was supply a credit card # to pay certain fees, taxes, &/or whatever, somewhere between $1,000+ & $2,000+. Confronting him about bad ph# shown he was calling from (I called on my other ph. during our conversation) he was evasive, but supplied what he said was the main company ph# for 'Dream Suites International' as 800-983-3610. After wasting much of his time & being very aware & wary of scams & I told him I get seasick & fly when traveling. After hanging up, I could find no company online with that title nor ph#. I called the 800# & a female British accented recording said it was 'Resort Services', but after hours. Later I called back several times, recording asks to dial '1' for cust. svc., or '2' for reservations. Cust. svc. hung up after +/- 1-2 mins. on 'hold'. When dialed '2' for reservations, 'George' always answers.

I am on the federal' do not call' list, as well as the initial part of their call was a robo-call. Both illegal. Could find neither company online associated or not with that 800 ph#, but did find it had been used in scams a few years ago.
