windshield cover to protect against snow accumulation. It was supposed to secure inside doors and be made of thick, durable material, and have mirror covers. None of which was accurate. Despite 100% guarantee the company repeatedly refused to send return label and/or ignored email requests.

Drabcoplex False Advertising Windshield Cover

As the previous complaint outlines, the windshield cover appears to be thick and heavy in the ad, similar to a yoga mat. What I received was a flimsy piece of silver fabric. Requests for refunds are met with emails that contain links to customer service and when I click the link, it says "expired", our service team will help you via email. Emails are answered with requests for pictures of the QR code and there's no refund...just continued requests for information.

Video ad on Facebook shows person putting windshield cover on car, securing flaps in door and strapping onto side mirrors. The product appears black and thick. When I clicked the "shop now" button it took me to a page showing cover pulled back halfway and clean window. The underside of the product appears to be silver in this photo but it doesn't show how it attaches to car (can't see that area on photo). See attached file of photos. They state they have guarantees and refunds if not satisfied. What arrived are 5 pieces of single ply silver plastic (like a tablecloth). I immediately notified the company that I got the wrong products. They insisted I got what I ordered. I then requested to return the products as I was not satisfied with them. Now they're saying it's too expensive for me to return them and they would give me $5 and I could keep the products. I explained I don't want the products and need to return them for a refund. I feel this was false advertising and fraudulent. I told them the same thing and that I would be filing a report. (PS I am trying to upload a word document with photos but your website won't allow me to continue after I add it.)
