I was contacted by DRA plus, 949-416-8130, cell/text 760-372-7184 regarding Federal Student Loan Forgiveness for Travel RN's. My student loans totaled- $11,146.00. They said with the new Federal Student Loan Forgiveness for Travel RN's, that I could completely whipe away that debt with this Federal Student Loan Forgiveness for Travel RN's, paying $199/month for 5 months. So, I agreed. I never had any problems getting someone to respond to my questions and I thought they answered them thoroughly. Then several months after my debt was to be cleared, it was still showing up on my Credit Report. I contacted DRA Plus, they assured me that it would be taken care of, just took time.

I believe I've been Bamboozled!!

Like many people have stated, I too was trying resolve my student loans. Somehow I was connected to this company which sounded legit. They was able to access student loans accounts and tell me how much owed and how much I qualified to play back. After submitting the necessary paperwork (contracts, application, and checkstubs) I felt as if I was finally getting my student loans taken care of. However, I needed to make a $1500.00 payment in order to get started. After the initially payment, I realized that the dollar amount on the repayment plan didn't seem to add up. I called them numerous trying to get in contact with them and was told that a new contract would be emailed to me as soon as possible, all alone payments are being deducted. Then I starter to receive emails, saying that if I do not sign the contract that my agreement plan will be paused due to lack of paperwork. I expressed my concerns about signing off on the forms that had incorrect information. I was told that those figures were not accurate but an example of what would take place. I believes that they would not lie about that, signed the contracts and continued allowing them to deduct $300 every month for five months. After the last payment, I was suppose to start making my $75 a month payment towards the IBR plan of 120 months, however no further deductions were ever made. I tied calling the company and leaving several voice mails with no call back. Then I decided to google search if the business was legit and came across this website. I am so upset and anger for allowing this company to scam me. During that time frame of having the deduct the $300 monthly, I was struggling to pay my bills and take care of my children. I do not understand how this company is still in business if people are aware of what they have done to others in the past. There were so many people involved with contacting me that I wonder if they are aware of the business/company they work for and/or represent. "Michael" was my case manager who set me up but disappeared as soon as I had questions regarding the paperwork. I do not know who trust now and all I wanted to do is be a better person by paying back my debt.

This company set me up for monthly payments and when the payments didn't go through one month they called me. But when I called to disenroll from this program because I see that my student loan has been taken over by another company(per my credit report ) I called them and was told someone would call me back after they took another payment before I could contact my credit card company. Since the I haven't heard back and can't get anyone on the phone to help me . I just keep being told that a supervisor will call me back . The department of Education has never heard of this program .

I dealt with someone from this company; I noticed after submitting my paystub and receiving confirmation from the DOE within 60 days they were truly helping me w/ my student loan repayment programs.

I needed to find out the best option for my family and with the help of a competent gentlemen, I am glad I found the best solution possible.

I received two messages on my voice mail from Ethan regarding helping me with my student loan. When I called back, they sounded legitimate and asked me all pertinent questions regarding my loan. I answered all their questions, such as the origination date of my student loan, how much I owe today, and the amount of my yearly income, they asked me for proof of income. They said they needed to get my tax returns. Only after I finished answering all their questions, they said that I would need to pay $165.83/month for 6 months for their processing and back-end paper. That is when I realized that they were not legitimate because no debt relief organization demands fees upfront.

The way their program worked, according to them, is that I would need to repay my loan on an income-based ratio on a 240 months period. I would need to recertify my eligibility once a year with a new proof of income. As long as I do not over $40,000.00/year I would pay nothing , but as I increase my AGI, then I would start to pay as little as $10.00/month. I asked, who would then repay my student loan and they answered it would be the Department of Education. The latter has no knowledge of this DRA PLUS organization, and they do not repay anyone's student loan.

So beware of this scam.

This company left several messages indicating that in 2021 there was a student loan debt relief program that provides student loan forgiveness for all federal student loans. They insinuate that they are working with the federal government to enroll people into the Dept of Education Loan Forgiveness program and then rapidly ask questions, take personal information and enroll you into an Obama-era program for loan forgiveness that is based on household size and income. They then falsify your information and tell you to comply as to having more people in your household so that you can be eligible. They schedule 4 payments and take your personal payment information.
