I ordered too from dr pen usa. They are big fraud in China. The phone always goes on answering. Same I thought too the pen is coming from US. But later they sent an email saying the stock is over in US and we are sending from Hong Kong. That time it self I did some research and was sure it is a fake product. Lost 195 dollars. Such bas... these people are. They can go to what extent by even having the fake QR code. The box so old. The injections also look fake. I have attached all pictures. If you notice their address on courier pack has been rubbed so we cant read. The recievers address is readable but the senders we cant. Such [censored]ers I must say

I ordered my pen from Dr Pen USA because I had read that Dr Pen products on Amazon were fake and also Dr Pen Australia were fake. When my item from Dr Pen USA arrived, it looked perfect. However I noticed the instruction sheet was full of errors and also the warranty on as for 6 months, not 12 months. After 3 hours of a wild goose chase around reviews and multiple sites it appears that DRPEN.COM is the ONLY genuine site. I’m appalled that these other sites are even allowed to operate and trade off the Dr Pen trademark. I’ve no doubt lost my $300. Feel like crying but am just relieved I didn’t put this on my face! Disgraceful, shonky, misleading and dangerous. The final image is the only genuine one. The others are taken from my package and screenshots of content from Dr Pen USA and Australia.

Actually DRPEN.COM provided you with false information. All Dr Pens products are produced in China. This company simply has a warehouse located in California and they store their products there and ship them from there to have faster shipping.

Sigh, I thought I ordered from drpen.com but came to find out I too ordered from this place that isn’t the real company! I went to order the real one because I too wanted the legit company rather than Amazon! How annoying!

Website www.drpen.com claims that they are filing lawsuit to other companies selling fake products. So I thought they were the original company and confirmed that they are located in the USA, and they said they manufacture in California,

So I believed them, and ordered from their website. But my credit card showed it was a "foreign transaction" from Hong Kong! Then the product tracking number was invalid! and coming from overseas.. NOT USA. This is completely fraudulent, everyone beware do not order from www.drpen.com, I still have not received my product and no one will respond to me.

I faced the same thing. My shipment was also coming from Hongkong not US when I doubted and asked them for.refund. The parcel was still in Hongkong when I asked for refund but they never replied to any of my email and the phone was always on.answering.

I ordered a micro-needling pen for 125.00. It took about a month to arrive and it was defective. I immediately called the 1800 number. When it picks up, it says, for sales, press 1, for existing orders, press2, for all other inquiries press 3. All 3 options end up saying, We are currently busy, leave a message and we will get back to you within 48 hours. YOU NEVER HEAR BACK. Also, by email, when and if they respond it is a generic response and the same every time regardless of what your complaint is about. I tested it and about a week later got the same exact response that didn't even address my complaint at all. It's a total fake company and I sooo wish individuals like this would get caught!

Dr. Pen has no authorized sellers and is only sold on drpen.com. The company “Dr Pen USA” is selling counterfeit Dr. Pen products through their website and amazon and they call themselves drpenusa.com “Dr. Pen USA” is not the same as the official Dr. Pen, the official company isn’t affiliated with them, yet they have fake Dr. Pen products in stock, and deceptively lures customers with their website name. The ONLY authentic place to buy Dr. Pen is through their official website drpen.com, the official company says so on their website. It’s very misleading to sell counterfeit products and calling it “Dr Pen USA” - this fake company. Here’s some of their responses to Q&A: “ Q: My pen didn't come with a manual. How do I get one?

Full instructions are included along with a manual. Please message directly:)” - dodging the questio.
And another response to this question “ there are too many fakes being sold, how to spot a fake dr pen? what should i be looking for to make sure its an authentic product?- Dr. pen USA support is from Dr. pen USA :) thank you for your question.” - dodging the question. The official company is also aware of this and trying to end this counterfeit deception.
