Called locally advertised on internet garage door emergency repair company. The phone rang to a 475 number and they sent a technician who was not a garage door repair person who then tried to sell me an outrageously priced new garage door opener. He did no repair service, had no equipment and no knowledge of how to repair garage door openers.
