The scammer pretended to be an RN, self-employed dba: Dorothy Anderson's Homecare Services from Laveen, Arizona, and wanted to rent my property. The address on her identification License presented was not traceable - it was an empty lot in Arizona (Arizona owner contacted and verified). The completed online application that the scammer presented on the rental's platform was removed due to violations and subsequently withdrawn, leaving no traceable evidence to verify after occupancy. When requesting a fresh start to submit a new credit check and background check, the scammer refused to comply and continues to disregard monthly financial contract agreement. They have withheld payments and are still refusing to honor the monthly payments causing my business great financial loss and hardship. The named mentioned of Dorothy Anderson is a CPN fraud. The real name is ANGELA WINFIELD. Passport Card ID: 28972756. BD: 4/4/1978. Not a legitimate business. Identity Theft criminal - causing business owners great losses.

The address on the identification License presented was not traceable - it was an empty lot in Arizona (Arizona owner contacted and verified). The completed online application that the scammer presented to me on the rental's platform was removed due to violations and subsequently withdrawn, leaving no traceable evidence for me to verify after occupancy. When requesting a fresh start to submit a new credit check and background check, the scammer refused to comply and continues to disregard monthly financial contract agreement. They have withheld payments and are still refusing to honor the monthly payments causing my business great financial loss and hardship. It is possible that a CPN is being used, and their existence upon the face of the earth only shows up in the year of 2019 per the skip trace, despite being a middle-aged female adult.
