I saw an ad on fb for discounted mini perfumes. Link took me to what looked like Ulta's website. I placed my order, and waited and waited. The only contact info was the email [email protected] and they stopped replying pretty quick. It's been 5 months since I placed my order.

Purchased item on Tiktok. Seller showed QVC/HSN as advertisement. Credit card used initially showed an error in processing, so I attempted a second time with another error. I used a different credit card which it took, and I received a receipt. Everything appeared normal until I check the 1st credit card statement and was charged the 2 error attempts. Item has never been delivered.

On 8/3/24, I paid for and ordered 4 patio chairs online from a Facebook ad. The shipping was stated to take 3-5 days. I still have not received my order and am getting no response from the email provided.
