I WAS CALLED TODAY AND THE NAME CAME UP AS DOOR DASH. I ANSWERED AND THEY SAID THEY WANTED TO CONFIRM MY ORDER HAD BEEN DELIVERED. I SAID I HAD NOT PLACED ANY ORDER THROUGH DOOR DASH AND THEY KEPT INSISTING THAT THEIR DRIVER JUST DELIVERED SOMETHING.. I KEPT INSISTING THAT I HAD NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING AND THEY THEN SAID IS THIS (MY NAME) WHICH I SAID YES, NOW REALIZING I SHOULD NOT HAVE SAID THAT! THEY HUNG UP AND I RECEIVED A SURVEY ABOUT THE CALL SO IT APPEARED LEGITIMATE AT FIRST. I CALLED THE NUMBER BACK AND IT SAYS IT IS DOOR DASH CUSTOMER SUPPORT BUT ALSO SAYS THE NUMBER IS ABOUT TO BE TURNED OFF? I HUNG UP AND DID NOT STAY ON THE LINE ONCE THEY ASKED IF I WAS CALLING ABOUT MY ACCOUNT.

Scammer called from DoorDash (my job) and said there was a fraudulent order. Asked for my email to reset my account. Gave it to them, they went in my app and changed my password and then had access to my information. Then charged 500 to my account fraudulently under the name XCLUSIVE NAILS
