Type of a scam Online Purchase

This is a scam online retailer. I purchased two jackets from them $107.68. One arrived used, in a used plastic bag, no tags, and seriously a small size adult (I'm a Large). I contacted them minutes after i received it. They said they woudn't take it back because they buy them from different places in China. If I wanted to exchange it, I had to mail it to China or take a 15% refund. I offered to mail it back to china. Then they said I only had 5 days to do so (this seemed really strange). After 3 requests for the address I mailed it back and sent them all of the information they requested. They requested:

1. photos of the jackets 2. Tracking information 3. Receipts of the shipment cost 4. Order number 5. it had to be within 5 days.

The second jacket showed up and I immediately sent them both back. I sent them all of the information and they required, I needed to mail it back to two different addresses in China after the mailing went out. The one mailing cost me $53.00 to mail back the jackets (half the cost of the coats!) and they wanted me to mail out another $53. They told me this after the mailing was complete.

They wouldnt provide an address, they dont provide a phone number either.

They charged me for an item i cancelled on the same day. Said they cant refund once order is placed. I have been sending emails but they still wont give a refund. Its been a month now
