Claimed to be an attoneys office trying to collect for either payday loan or a title loan from 2016. They couldnt tell me which one. They used my current name and could not tell me the mame used at the time of the supposed loan. They said they had an order to appear in court but could not tell me where. I called them back aftet calling the local courts and verifying that there was no actions against me. She saidnl thats because I havent been served yet. They said they would slaccept a lower payment but I would have to pay today. I asked for the lawyers name and said she was not allowed to give that info or she could lose her job. They have been calling and leaving messages daily. They have now been calling my son and daughter leaving messages also
