Type of a scam Employment
At this point I shared direct email for on-boarding employment documents. Requested forms included disclosure on background check, investigative consumer reports, notices under state law, medical information, summery of rights under fair credit reporting act, I9 form, payroll sheet, and employee data form.
The following few email responses became vague and sporadic. The offer letter of employment was "conditional and temporary". The dates of employment did not line up with Oregon Convention Center vaccine site information.
There is NO prerecorded phone interviews. Our interviews are done via phone or video. And for certain offers we require short turnaround of onboarding paperwork because this is project to support an emergency response operation. When we do not hear back from a candidate, we assume they are no longer interested and move forward with interested candidates.
