Report

I have had back and forth issues with the delivery of my packages, eventually my emails are ignored. They declare I am at fault with the incorrect shipping information but this is the same address I use for every order. I paid for shipping insurance yet they say it doesn't cover my ordering issues. I can only upload 1 photo but I am happy to send all emails and order #s
