I am a florist and have used this company before with no problem. But I attempted to use them for three weddings this month (May 2025) and never received a tracking number which so thought was odd so I attempted to reach out because they had processed my payment. When I called the number that is given is a Medicare scam number that also tells people that you can have a free life alert item. I have contacted via email several times with no response and also reached out through Instagram with no response. I am a very small business and this scam has cost me that majority of my profit.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I have previously ordered from Dollar Hydrangea and was pleased. My most recent order was place one month in advance for delivery to be April 15, 2025, in time for Easter. My AMEX was billed and I had an order #. No flowers arrived. The customer service # is a recording that is selling a medical alert device and the emails that I sent to the address provided, received no response. Very disappointing. I have filed a report with AMEX. We will see!

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was looking to buy flowers online for my wedding and came across this website "dollar hydrangea" I could not find which state and city it is based on and found no reviews so I emailed the company and they called me. It sounded promising and he said the flowers come from farms in South America and he is located out of Georgia, but was never told an exact address or zip code. They also have an Instagram and the photos look great so I purchased $112 worth of hydrangeas. The only reason I am wondering if this is a scam is because I ordered them online not on Instagram and received a private message from their Instagram saying "Thank you for your purchase. You are really gorgeous." I find this inappropriate from a business and have never experienced this happening. Could help me find out if this valid or a scam?!
