In September 2022, we paid &785.00 for hydrangea flowers from Dollar Hydrangea for my daughter's wedding which was scheduled for May 2023. However, in January 2023, she called off the wedding. Therefore, I contacted Juan, the "owner" to let him know that we no longer needed the flowers and would like a refund, per the agreement. He has since lied several times in writing about having the refund sent within "a few days" - one excuse after another. Now he is simply not answering or returning any of our attempts to reach him. This is very disappointing and I would like to know if this is a pattern with him - is he just a scammer?
