He is a complete fraud. He pays celebrities to take photos with him and leverages that to sell impossible services such as TV spots with Oprah. There is a reason why he insists on paying with Zelle/Wire transfer.

He scammed me for over $300k. He leveraged his Instagram to convince me to wire over $300k and then he proceeded to run with the money. He promised TV and many other crazy deliverables and delivered on nothing and then became unresponsive and refused to refund anything. His Instagram is: https://www.instagram.com/chrstiangarcia/

He used to also run a scam company called Golden Voice PR.
