This person on Facebook using stolen name/pic of ****** ******* & claiming to live in Jackson, MS is attempting to sell Teacup Yorkie puppies through Facebook for $250. However, the actual real ****** ******* lives in Meridian, MS and she isn’t selling any kind of puppies. The scammer tried repeatedly to get me to send them money for the puppy through either Apple Pay, Vemo or Zelle, even tho I told them (before I realized it was a scam) that I only lived at Forest, which is only an hour away from Jackson & would rather bring the money in person & pick up the puppy. They then of course messaged back (we were communicating via Messenger) with excuses why I couldn’t … saying the dogs were at the vet that day & that they had to work, etc… & then they said that the puppies were really going quick & I needed to send at least a partial payment to secure me a puppy that day (Tuesday, March 19) but that the puppy couldn’t be picked up until the evening of the following day.

Those were red flags to me, so I did a reverse image search of some of the puppies they had pics on the FB page for sale & the pics & puppies actually belonged to a real breeder in Indiana. So they had stolen & were using those pics as well as had stolen the profile, name & personal pic of the real ****** ******* from her actual real FB page.

I didn’t confront this scammer with what I had discovered, but I did stop responding to their messages plus I reported them to Facebook (altho doubtful FB does anything, they rarely do plus don’t give the option to report when it’s a scam, just spam) and I’m reporting it here. From their weird grammar use at times, I suspect they might not even be an American citizen. I have saved the messages on Messenger & their profile on FB, if needed.

Selling Great English Labrador puppies for $500. We had some communication and selected a puppy but we were a little apprehensive. We were waiting on him to send the contract and banking information when I started trying to find out some information about them to ease my thoughts. I couldn't believe we were getting a lab for $500 but 10 years ago we did get a wonderful full blood for $250 from a local breeder so we still had hope. Thank you to whoever filed the ScamPulse.com scam information because I found it and you have saved us $700 and heartbreak.

I contacted Jennifer Griffin for a chihuahua puppy for my daughter and I paid her $170 to hold the puppy paid someone $40 to go pick the puppy she didn’t show some excuse. She apologized so I sent my daughter in December 2, 2023 to pick up the puppy 3 hrs away again so $40 more in gas and no show again.

I requested that i was interested in pup, online, that was available, he show me the pup that was available and i choose my pick, he also said i need to pay deposit to lock it in, i told him i pay full price, and it was 11,100 for the prices, it was also pay in cashapp which he provided information on kennel America bully, so he said i need to pay $700 for the insurance and 400 for the crate and 1,800 to ship the pup on the plane which he and me a track info and the websites page

The seller told me the 1500 dollars would cover shipping of the pets and I received a text message from the carrier service telling me to Zelle another $1500 to ship the dogs and if we did not send the money we wouldn't be able to see the dogs. The dogs were never taken to the airport or the company and the seller has not tried to reach out after I called him out for pulling a scam. The seller told me he would give the money back, however he has not.
