Received a call from Docuservicewa 425-832-6074, calling from document processing to follow up on documents sent to me from JAA in regards to a complaint and was told to call the issuing office fo avoid legal complications at 888-451-5397 for further assistance. I called the number and spoke with a female that said legal action was being taking regarding a debt with ez corp back in 2012. They had my full SS number and said that letters were mailed to a very old address. They stated that I owe over $4K including legal fees. They were not able to be me a written statement that they did not have that information. The amount I owe needed to be paid with in 24hrs or they were going back to their client to file legal paperwork. This call has scared me with all the information they had on me. I know there is a statute of limitations that has expired but they stated that did not apply. I’m at a loss for finding any information on either of these companies.
