The man calling said his name is Victor. He said that he is calling from National Document services, that he has a document for me and that the issuing cannot give it to me.

Offers a reference number and a phone number to call. He stated that the firm only takes incoming call and can't make outcoming calls. Threatens that they will serve me at my job. I asked why he isn't serving me at my address. They have been calling me for months now and nothing has ever come from it. I told them I would not participate and believe it to be a scam then hung up.
