Left multiple messages for multiple people at Document Processing (website ). From Document Processing, they need a return call or will escalate the action. Seems to be trying to deliver a “sealed document” but it being a bit too forceful. Definitely does not give enough information for me to call back and encourage someone to speak to me that way. I tried to contact them via email at but got no proper response.

Calling in regards to an “urgent matter out of cook county with a file number. Following up on documents sent to you in regards to an ABA complaint. Please contact the issuing office to avoid legal complications.” Looked the family member up on cook county’s case search and nothing has been filed.

Claiming they are calling from "Document Processing" about a complaint out of Washoe County from ADA. Gave me a reference number and to call at 855-788-4427. I have not received anything from "ADA" about some complaint in the county I live in. They also left a message with my mom saying the same thing. I tried a web search for the company called "Document Processing" and gets a general search of different companies that process documents digitally.

I get a call from some one that said i was sent documents to my address which i never received stated that i owe 3,900.12 for A PNC account that i still owe dateing back 18 years ago which they said the year 2006 and i never had close the account they said that this was a civil case and i can go to court for this and Garnish my wages and my car.. not think stright they said i can pay 50.00 dallars to start the process. After talking with thim on the phone and i hang up i look into somethings and found out i had been scammed. They know my DOB and last four digits of SSC. I want to report it. And look into it so they wont take any thing else from me or someone else.

I received a Voicemail from MA # 978-267-0938 on 2/28/24 "Good afternoon. This message is intended for ****** reference # ######. My name is Tiffany Scott and I'm calling from Documents Processing for J.A.A. Looks like I'm doing a follow call on a mailed request to mitigate a pending complaint. However, the office has no record of your response on file. You're now instructed to call 855-704-0179 for further assistance, please provide them with your reference number. Now, be advised if you do not make contact today, the office will move forward without your consent. Thank you." I was concerned, so like an [censored] I called the 855 # back. A different woman asked for my reference # after butchering my last name (but absolutely reciting the last 4 of my social, like it was her own). She went on to state that Verizon was going to attach my wages & sue me for god knows what. I screamed back at her that "I HAVE NEVER HAD VERIZON!" & that both she and her family should ashamed of her pathetic tactics. This is a scam, no doubt. I really have never had a single Verizon service. Knowing the last 4 of ss # is alarming.

At my work my mobile phone rang, I noticed the name showing was Unknown. I did not answer but the caller left a voicemail.

The voice stated that they were trying to contact me about a reference number: 698754 sent by a complaint from JAA. Said the complaint would have legal complications and that it would be urgent that I call before the complaint gets filed. It stated I should call 855-676-1638 and give the reference number 698754 when I do.

So when I got home I typed in the number that was given and I was given this website to report my experience.

Voicemail when I didn't answer and recording when I did. Had called a few times over the last couple of weeks. Says this is Eric Sterling from document processing about a summons to be delivered to my home or place of employment and if I don't contact them it will be classified as a failure to serve and to call a certain number. I looked it up on the Internet and found a recording exactly like the one I got on a fraud alert website.

Left a message that "assignment" scheduled to be delivered by process server to my home or place of employment. If no contact is established, this will be escalated and classified as a failure to be served. No information about the company but did provide a name "Amber"

Called called my cell phone and asked me to verify if I was who I was and then said they had some documents I have to agree for them to send me. I hung up the call after I stated to mail them. Then after 5 minutes they contacted me here at my work with the same information. Told them they can send all documents by mail or my attorney. When you call the number back it just rings.
