Type of a scam: Retail Business

Not a Real Company

After seeing comments, and That the web page was just a little "off". I looked up the Business location which was a random house in CA, then looked up if yo needed to make a return where they would go. Turns out it is an empty lot in PA (560 Dunksferry Rd., Bensalem PA -19020 USA).

Make sure to not do Business with this false company.

I made a purchase from this website on June 24, 2020, as it looked legitimate and the prices were good. They warned that due to COVID it may take 7-10 business days until my item shipped. I did not ever receive my item. The billed my credit card the day of my purchase, not when it shipped. I tried contacting them via email, through the info form on their website and through the "live chat" feature on their website. I never received any response to my many inquiries. After doing some research, I read reviews that other people have experienced this exact same thing. I believe this is a fraudulent company.

This company is a scam. They take their money then blame covid for the late delivery, which is a no delivery at all. The person listed as the owner was scammed too. This company was opened up using his stolen identity. He has an attorney trying to fix this for him and the State of California is suppose to dissolve this fake company. I got taken too, and now working through my credit union and MasterCard to get my money back. Every time I was able to talk to someone via the website online chat, I had the transcript emailed to me afterwards, so I have plenty of proof to send to my credit union for my dispute. This is the only way you will possibly get your money back...by working through your bank/credit card issuer. I hope these people are caught. I'd like to see that more than getting my money back.

work with your bank...this company is lying to you...they kept telling me they would return my money but they never did...if you do an online chat with them on their website, be sure to have the transcript emailed to you so you have proof of your attempt to resolve through the company first, and save all your other emails if you have attempted to get in touch with them that way. I posted my story on here too, so you can read that if you'd like.

I also ordered Fabric July 17th, spoke to someone that day to verify that it was in stock, I was assured it was. August 5th I spoke to someone again via chat and was told it was about to be shipped via USPS and they were having trouble getting a tracking number. I tried contacting them today August 12th and have no response via chat, email or phone.

You may never get in touch with them again. The State of California is suppose to dissolve that business. It's a fake business that was opened under the name, address, and social security number of another one of their victims. Get your credit card closed and get another one...quick! You will have to work with your bank to dispute the charges. None of the information on that website is true, emails are fake, and they only lie to everyone.

I ordered fabric from this online company. The company was based out of Sacramento, CA. The fabric never came and emails have not been replied to. Now, the company has charged an additional charge to my debit card. I believe this is a fraudulent company for the purpose of obtaining credit card numbers.

Please read my replies to the others on this forum. Cancel your card you paid with immediately. Go through your bank to dispute the charges. Get together anything emails, etc. where you have attempted to resolve this with the "company" so you have some kind of proof that you have done that already.
