951-336-0166, 855-831-9707 and 828-571-0606 are the numbers these scammers use. They operate under multiple names as well. The company was hired to clean carpets throughout the house. We explained that we were attempting to get rid of pet odors. The technician suggested buying the additional warranty which said they would stand behind their treatment of the odor and return to redo the work with no questions asked if the first treatment did not remove the odor as promised.

The tech did a very fast job on cleaning, which in our experience was faster than anyone has ever done before. He obviously did NOT spend enough time cleaning it, and the smell returned within a couple of days.

We have called and texted them multiple times to have them perform the “warranty work” but continue to get the run around… call backs promised, but no calls ever come. Phone agent claims she will process the “complaint to a manager” and the manager will make a decision and call us back.

What decision? We bought a warranty and now they will not honor it. Now our messages and texts go unanswered.

This seems to be a scam company that charges a lot of money for cleaning, promises to rid the carpet of pet odors with a special treatment that you pay more for, then upsells a warranty, but will not honor it. Their work is substandard. Their customer service very poor.

I called Stanley Steamer. The guy came began working on rugs. My daughter came home and told me that is not a Stanley Steamer truck outside my house. I asked him who he was from and he said Stanley Steamer. Since he was half way through I let him finish. I called a Stanley company in my area and they told me they had not sent anyone or had a work order. The number I got off the internet was not them. I called the company got a very nasty B person named Alesia who proceeded to give me hassel, so I hung she called back yelling something I hung up again. The number is 855-831-9707 and NO address. They are advertising under Stanley Steamer's name. BAD, Bad job anyway. I am not looking for anything, this has taught me a lesson, I just don't want some other old lady duped.
