I hired Marco Acosta, if that’s his real name, to do a custom pair of sneakers for my fiancé (now husband) for a wedding gift. He charged me $1,450.00 which I paid in FULL via Zelle, AND sent him lace from my wedding dress that my seamstress had cut for alterations, to be used on the shoes. He strung me along from June until October, giving excuse after excuse and LYING saying he had shipped the shoes, but would never provide tracking information. First he said he “had a problem with the soles” then he said he “had a family emergency and was away” then he said they had shipped, then he said his “kids had COVID and he was away but would reimburse me.” DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON AT ALL!!!!! Save yourself from his SCAM!!!!!!!
