Accessed the site due to an advertisement. Attempted to place an order in 8/14/2026 but the website generated an “Oops, something went wrong” message. I never received an order confirmation but my debit card was charged $37.44. I’ve never received any correspondence from the company and the website only provides an email address for customer support, no phone number or chat options. They have not responded to email inquiry.

I ordered a double heart plague with names and date of wedding for a wedding gift, also paid extra for express. Ordered this item on June 1, 2026 and haven’t received it as of August 24, 2026. I reach out to this company 3 times and every time they say 3 to 5 days. Do not order nothing from them cause they take your money and never send any merchandise!! Very disappointed!
