Call me had all my personal info said that he was a lawyer .. ask me about a loan from 8 yrs ago that I never got or received and call me a liar when I said I didn’t receive it and threaten me .. I gave my card information and they just sent me a false document to sign

This company has called me multiple times a week and the last time from an unknown number. They have contacted my husband and extended family that we do not talk to. The man states that I owe a medical balance from almost ten years ago and I am going to be served. He states that their client is pursing legal action against me, that I am going to court and could lose 25% of my wages. He tried to collect over a thousand dollars from me. I asked for them to send me a copy of the bill I allegedly owe from almost ten years ago and he said he could not do that. This is not legal. This is a scam.
