There was a job posting on "Indeed.com" for a personal assistant/Customer service representative through a legit medical company named "Dispatch Health". Indeed, is known for trusted job listings for individuals to apply for when career searching. Dispatch Health has both of the roles I applied for on their website.

After applying to the job posting on Indeed.com, I was contacted via email by "Brent Miller" Email: [email protected] also attached to sender was Email: [email protected] "Amber Mccullogh" prompting me to email "Leslie Johnson" Email: [email protected] to follow up with her regarding the Personal Assistant/Customer Service Representative.

A day later I received a very formal and detailed email explaining the job, duties, pay, location and necessary equipment needed to complete tasks while working with "Leslie Johnson" who is claimed to be a Human Resource employee for Dispatch health and a Artist that is in need of a personal assistant.

My compensation was confirmed, recruitment was confirmed that I was being brought onto the team and I had to provide personal details such as an address and what bank I use (although she did not need specific banking info, just the bank I use)

I have not since gotten an email back from either of the three(3) emails or names I provided above.

I am very concerned about this issue because Indeed is the only trusted job hunting source online and businesses do not take drop off resumes anymore. I am also extremely angry as my personal information is now leaked to someone posing as a "trusted" individual through "Indeed.com" and posing to work for a medical company "Dispatch Health".

"Hello there, Following your resume that was suggested to me for the Position of Customer Service Rep/Personal Assistant, this is an urgent recruitment for the replacement for my Personal Assistant & CSR personnel. I really need someone ASAP to take up the position, I am looking for a friendly, simple & trustworthy assistant who would also be in charge of handling my customers and clientele, this is a remote position. My name is Leslie Johnson, I am an Artist as well as an HR consultant for Dispatch Health. I travel a lot for consultations for major firms also to sell art works, buy ideas, Artifacts, antics and materials from ancient cities and I have got so many clients as companies, individuals and governmental institutions and private museums. I have been pretty successful in my business; I get involved in several art deals in the United States & Canada. I most very often get my hands occupied, so it is imperative for me to have a worthy personal assistant and customer service personnel to handle client problem resolution on my behalf. Due to the nature of my job, I require frequent traveling so I need someone to handle my schedule when I'm not in town, Every instruction will be given to you via email and phone for now until I'm back, i want you to begin work immediately. Wow, I also received the same offer, from the same person, claiming to be hiring a personal assistant via remote.
