Dispatcher101.com racist rant after course completion

I took their online course. It said I passed. I emailed them 6-16-2026 and called today. 6-17-2026 without checking my email. The guy went on a racist rant calling me the N word and blocking me.

I had called this company that apparently had exceptional reviews and the scam company make it seem legit. I called their team before making the purchase and they promised a job after the course has been completed. Then after months of completing the course they blow me off in the end and they said they needed my SSN, ID, and address in order to be applicable for a job. They ignored every point of contact and they absolutely refuse to pay me back. Dispatcher101.com is their website and it’s full of false promises like getting a job after completion, money back guarantee, and so many more! Horrible company scamming people of their money and they emailed me to delete my review on their company or else I would be sued. They defamed a poor woman on their website that also stood up for herself when she found out it was all a scam. Dispatcher 101 HAS TO BE SHUT DOWN

Dispatcher101 is Not a Legitimate Company and They Are Exposing My Confidential Info to the Public

I took at class with Dispatcher 101. It was a good class. On their website, they promise you a job. Once the class was completed, they stated that I need to provide them with a copy of my Social Security Card, Driver's License and a copy of a utility bill in July 2023. I called and sent messages via email and the chat and was given a different story every time for three months. They sent me a contract which had some flaws. I signed it and then had questions. I finally received answers that did not answer my questions (for example, a last name, a number, the correct website of the company, terms of the agreement, etc.). They never answered. I finally gave up and gave a 1 star review on TrustPilot. Dispatcher101 sent me an email with a link, exposing all of my personal information and said it will be online for everyone to see if I don't delete the review. They sent another email saying that I was a fraud and that I was trying to get $5,000 from them, etc. That is also online on their site according to a link and they said I was a fraud and wanted $5,000 on TrustPilot's link. TrustPilot deleted my review, which also deleted everything that Dispatcher101 stated, even though I sent them sufficient evidence. Then, I got an email from TrustPilot stating that if I don't stop threatening Dispatcher101, they will delete my account. Everything that the other are saying is true. This company is a fraud. Please note that TrustPilot went from verifying my info and then turned around and deleted my review. I sent more info than this to prove that Dispatcher101 deserves a negative review, but nothing was done. TrustPilot is supporting businesses and does not have the consumer's best interest at heart.

Dispatcher101.com is a total scam! They make promises of jobs and free load board which are fake. Good luck getting your money back unless you dispute with your bank! You've been warned - read other reviews!

Got the course and requested a refund now I’m being threatened by a fake attorney and they have my information posted publicly like my address and phone number stating things that are untrue and are defamation of character.

I studied the course work and when it came time to get my certificate of completion they stopped responding. They also are supposed to help you find work after completing and they gave the run around for almost 2 months. Finally when I had enough, I reached out and asked to speak with someone via phone and they said I’d be sued if I tried to dispute the charge.
