Report

I purchased digital lower partial denture online on September 13 and paid $284. You ordered the partial they send you a dental mold which you completed home you mail it back and then they send you the partial. I receive my dental mold from them on September 18th completed it and returned it back to them in this pre-stamped package they sent on the 19th. I didn't hear anything from them so I emailed them on October 1 they don't have a customer service phone number no response. I emailed again on October 4 no response and again on October 7 and 11th, no response still I got on their website that had chat that said they respond immediately. I sent a message and we did an hour and 20 minutes was still no response. I've asked for a refund and have not heard anything.
