I don't have the best credit I got a notification one day up to apply for the Reserve credit card by Direct Card, so I applied I paid their $95 activation fee told me I would have my card in my hand in 2 to 4 weeks two to four weeks went by nothing I called them they gave me some BS excuse that the people who made their cards had a problem and they were going to be mailed out that following week well I waited two more weeks still hadn't received anything I tried to log back onto their account they have me locked out telling me that they will be refunding me my $95 only if I requested it and only if it was approved and gave me nothing else and that was over 5 weeks ago every time I call their phone number hangs up on me there's total con artist and scam artists do not for the love of God send these people any money I really think everyone that reads this it was involved with this company needs to get together and I will be the first to leave the charge to get a class action lawsuit and get our money back plus damages and put these scam artists out of business if you're interested in class action email me at [email protected]
Now please no scammers I'm not looking to buy anything I'm not looking to sell anything don't spam my email but if you're seriously interested in getting back on these [censored] let's make it happen

I applied for this direct card supposedly for poor credit, paid fees in April, was never sent card until this weekend June 21. I called to activate it, no one is available, only message you get is to leave voicemail. I called support line on card, was given the same number, said they are 3rd party who activates card. Obviously taking advantage of people in need and I really thought it was legit.
